Research, redo, rewrite

I don't care how much I may involve myself in research before I write, I will always question myself time and time again. I do it so much, I end up rewriting an entire scene that drew no correlation from what was the original. I could be writing about a shark with lasers on his head, and have it turn into a love story about a shipwrecked dwarf. I guess my whole point to this would be, my lack of staying on topic really stinks at times.

Speaking of stink, I just found out, milk goes bad after 3 days of being left out. I couldn't for the life of me find what smelt at the time, like ass.

Life is a lot like that glass of milk, so perfect and refreshing one moment, then stinking like sweaty plumber crack the next. See, I jumped off topic after the first paragraph.

Well, back to writing scene one of many!
